Maggie's "firsts" in MA.

Maggie had some "firsts" last week while visiting Joe's family in Massachusetts.
Here she is opening her first present. She loved the paper!
She toured Boston with Mom and Dad for the first time.
She felt snow for the first time.
And she wore her Patriot's cheerleader outfit for the first time!

Getting ready for Christmas 2007

Hannah and Madison were in charge of putting up the big tree in the livingroom. Trust me, it's no easy task. Putting the thing back in the box is even harder!
Maggie enjoyed the lights!
This is the tree the kids get to decorate with all their "special" ornaments that I don't want hanging on my big tree. Isn't that mean?!
This is our Christmas card picture this year. Picture taking is never fun, especially with teenagers and babies. They look pretty cute though.
Go Pats!!!!

Fall Football

Chandler just finished his first season of football. He played quarterback for the Fighting Irish. This has been our life for the past four and a half months and it has been a lot of fun. Joe was one of the coaches. He won't appreciate me posting this picture, but I like it!
Chandler and Coach Joe.
The very proud mom with her QB (who scored 7 touchdowns during the season). The Irish finished 5-2.
Madison was in charge of Maggie during the games. She did an AWESOME job!

Happy Fall!

Our family (minus Zach) spent Nevada Day weekend at Disneyland.

Maggie supervised the pumpkin carving!

We had some friends over for a Pre-trick-or-treating barbecue on Halloween night.

Chandler was a football player, Madison was a ghost and Maggie was an Anne Geddes bunny.

Zach's First Homecoming Dance

Zach went to his first Homecoming dance last Saturday night. He took this very cute AND sweet girl Courtney. They went to P.F. Chang's for dinner then to the dance. After that they headed to Planet Hollywood to watch the show "Stomp Out Loud" which Zach reported to be "tight" and "sick". Apparently those are good things! They both had a good time and I think they looked great. Now, can I just say that it is much more work to help your son go to Homecoming than it is to help your daughter. There's a lot more planning and money involved. The only thing that was less stressful was the outfit thing. Modest clothing, not a problem. No make-up or up-do for the hair and no drama about "looking too fat" in the dress that you spent a million dollars on and will never use again. Don't get me wrong though, I'm always more than happy to do it. Those little darlings are sooo worth it!

Hannah's Graduation

These are my five little darlings at Hannah's high school graduation in June. Hannah is 18, Zach 16, Madison 13, Chandler 8, and our newest addition is Maggie, about 6 weeks old. As you can tell from the direction of this picture, I am a complete beginner at this whole blog thing! Just turn your head sideways, okay?!
